◎Please check the following policy before you make reservation.

  • It's possible to make a reservation in 3months.
  • The minimum age for our Toco guests is 7 years old.
  • This hostel is 90 years old all wooden building.So we apologize that sometimes you may hear the sound of squeaking floorboards and voice of neighbors.
  • This hostel is strictly non smoking accommodation.

◎CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 50 % fare of the room or bed at first night will be charged if you cancel your reservation 1 day prior to the date of your reservation.
  • 100 % fare of the room or bed at first night will be charged if you cancel your reservation on the appointed day.

BOOKINGS BY TELEPHONE

＊We receive the phone call from 9:00AM to 20:00PM. After 20:00, please book by booking form.

＊Within 24 hours from the time we get your request, we will return the e-mail to confirm your reservation to your address. When your reservation date is the day before you want to stay or the very day, please make a phone call for us.

※Check in time is definitely till 23:00. You must arrive at Narita/Haneda airport before 9:00pm (a hour to go out from airport and more more hour to come to toco) If your flight is late, please rethink about your reservation.
