On September 22, 2026, we identified a potential security incident involving unauthorized access to a system used by our facility and possible exposure of personal information.<\/p>\n
We are currently working with the operator of the system to investigate the incident and determine the extent of any potential impact.<\/p>\n
We have also received reports from multiple guests who received suspicious messages from a WhatsApp account impersonating Len, requesting personal information and credit card details.<\/p>\n
Please note that Len does not use WhatsApp to communicate with guests.<\/p>\n
