＊It’s possible to make a reservation 12 months from the current month.

＊The minimum age for our toco guests is 7 years old.

＊Our hostel is in a 100-year old historical wooden Japanese building, so please understand that noise travels very easily.

＊This hostel is a strictly non-smoking accommodation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

＊We accept cancellations only by e-mail; we cannot cancel your reservation by phone.

＊100% cancellation fee of the room or bed will be charged if you cancel your reservation or not showing up on your check-in date.

＊The total fee should be paid in Japanese yen by cash or credit card upon arrival at check-in. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards before arrival.
