＊Our hostel is in a 90-year old historical wooden Japanese building, so please understand that noise travels very easily.
＊This hostel is a strictly non-smoking accommodation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
＊We accept cancellations only by e-mail; we cannot cancel your reservation by phone.
＊30% cancellation fee of the room or bed will be charged if you cancel your reservation 2 days prior to your reservation date.
＊50% cancellation fee of the room or bed will be charged if you cancel your reservation 1 day prior to your reservation date.
＊100% cancellation fee of the room or bed will be charged if you cancel your reservation on your check in date.
＊The total fee should be paid only in Japanese yen (cash only) upon arrival at check-in.The property reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards before arrival.
