• We accept reservations 12 months in advance. Ex.The rooms and beds in May will be available to book as of 1st January.
• Check in time – 4:00PM to 10:00PM.
• ※Late check-in between 10:00 PM and 11:30PM will be subject to an additional charge of JPY 500 per person.
• Luggage storage service opens at 8AM.
• The maximum number of guests we accept is 8 in one group. Even if you made reservations separately under the different name or different room type, we would recognize them as one group.
• A group more than 4 people who booked dormitory beds may be separated in different rooms.
• Maximum stay is 31 days.
• Guests must be 6 years or older. No children’s discounts.
• In accordance with the Kyoto City Ordinance, the accommodation tax is levied upon check in.

  Less than ¥6,000：200JPY
  ¥6,000 to less than ¥20,000：400JPY
  ¥20,000 to less than ¥50,000：1,000JPY
  ¥50,000 to less than ¥100,000：4,000JPY
  ¥100,000 or more：10,000JPY
