BEFORE BOOKING

- When booking, please select desired check-in date and check-out date from the calendar below.
- Please make the reservation using the same name as that on your passport. Please fill out in either English or Japanese.
- Check-in is between 16:00 and 23:00. Late check-in’s after 23:00 are not accepted.
- Children under 7 years of age are not accepted. Also, all ages 7 and above are counted and priced as one guest.
- The maximum number of guests per reservation is 12 people, even if the reservation is made under two different names as two seperate reservations. For inquires of groups with 13 people or more, please contact us directly by email.
- For group dormitory reservations, please be aware that there is the possibility that the group will be divided into multiple seperate rooms.
- The maximum length of stay is up to 31 days (1 month).

- To cancel reservation, please go to “Reservation Confirmation/Cancellation” at bottom of page.
- Once a cancellation is made, an automatic cancellation email will be sent. If you do not receive the email, please contact us directly via email, as there is the off chance the cancellation was not processed.
