Can I do early check-in, late check-in or late check-out?
Unfortunately, we do not provide any of the services mentioned. Please check in between 4:00PM and 11PM, also check-out by 11:00AM. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Can I leave my bags before checking in or after checking out?
Yes. We can hold onto your bags for free for a day.
Overnight luggage storage service is also available with the fee of ¥500 per night.
Our receptionists are more than happy to help you during the opening hour, which is 8:00AM to 11:00PM.
Can I send my package or luggage to CITAN before my check-in date?
Yes you can. Please check the following rules beforehand:
– Please put your RESERVATION name as the receiver so that we will be able to verify upon receiving.
– Please let us know that your package/luggage is to be delivered via email ( citan.hostel@gmail.com )
Also please let us know about the estimated delivery date and tracking number if possible.
– Please note that the luggage fee of 500yen per night will be charged on those luggages with a total of three sides measuring 80 cm or more.

Can I request a specific room or bed assignment?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific rooms or beds. Room and bed assignments are determined based on factors such as availability, the length of each guest’s stay, and whether the reservation is for a group. Kindly contact us if you have any health concerns or other requests.
Can I use my credit/debit card to pay the room fee?
Yes you can. We accept Visa, Master, AMEX, and JCB.

Is there a parking lot?
There is no parking lot in the hostel property. However, you can find several parking lots near us.
