Do you have an early check-in, late check-in & late check-out service?
We are sorry but we don’t any of them. Please check in between 4:00PM and 11:00PM and check out by 11:00AM.
Can I leave my luggage before the check-in and after the check-out?
Yes, you can. Keeping luggage for the day is for free.
The reception is open at 8:00 am and closed at 11:00 pm. Please come to the reception for asking.
If you’d like us to keep a luggage overnight, it costs ¥500 per 1 night/1 person.
Can I send a parcel/luggage to CITAN before the check-in?
Yes, you can. Please note the following rules;
＊Please put the same name as your reservation on a delivered package.
＊Please mention that you’ve sent a package to CITAN at the check-in.
＊Please arrange a delivery arrive at CITAN on the same day as your check-in date if possible.
＊It costs ¥500 per 1 night/1 person for an overnight storage of a big one.
(A package or luggage which is bigger than 80cm in total dimensions of its height, length and width.)

Can I make a room/bed request?
We are sorry but we do not accept any room/bed requests.
A room/bed assignment is carefully settled according to a length of each guest’s stay, a group use and other reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I pay pay the room charge by credit card or any other card?
We accept Visa, Master Card, AMEX, JCB at the reception.
How can I get to CITAN?

Is there a parking lot?
There is no parking lot in the hostel property. Please use a toll parking lot near the hostel.
