On September 22, 2026, we identified a potential security incident involving unauthorized access to a system used by our facility and possible exposure of personal information.

We are currently working with the operator of the system to investigate the incident and determine the extent of any potential impact.

We have also received reports from multiple guests who received suspicious messages from a WhatsApp account impersonating Len, requesting personal information and credit card details.

Please note that Len does not use WhatsApp to communicate with guests.

・Enter any personal or credit card information
・Click on any links included in the message
・Open any attachments

We are continuing to investigate the situation and will update this notice as soon as further information becomes available.
